Cucumber and Mint Soup

cucumbers and mint-----I have lots of them so I have invented a soup that
one can also use as a sauce for making fish or chicken.  I am not great on
porportions but here goes:

2lbs yogurt drained for about 2 hours
3 large cucumbers seeded , chopped and drained
two or more large handfulls of mint
large garlic clove cut up
1 1/2 cups butter milk.  I use SACO dry buttermilk and water (I always have the SACO in the frig)
Proceed as follows:
put the above in the cuisinart and blend.  It will taste a bit flat.  At that point I added a large squeeze of lemon, ground white pepper, some salt and a the meat of a WHOLE avocado.
Cuisinart again until smooth.
Garnish with mint
Actually, it is excellent.
