Asparagus Guacamole

Ingredients:
4 CUPS (1LB.) CUT TRIMMED ASPARAGUS
2 SMALL GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED
2 TEASPOONS OF LIME JUICE
¼ -1/3  CUP CANNED CHOPPED GREEN CHILIES
½ TEASPOON SALT
½ TEASPOON CUMIN
2 TABLESPOONS FINELY CHOPPED ONION
½ CUP CHOPPED SEEDED TOMATOES
Preparation:
1. Cook the asparagus in small amount of water until tender.  Drain well and cool thoroughly.
2. Process asparagus and the next 5 ingredients in food processor until mixture is smooth.
3. Remove from processor bow,  adjust seasoning and stir in onion and tomato.  Chill thoroughly before serving.
Can be served with chips, chicken or seafood.
