• | 4 CUPS (1LB.) CUT TRIMMED ASPARAGUS

• | 2 SMALL GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED

• | 2 TEASPOONS OF LIME JUICE

• | ¼ -1/3 CUP CANNED CHOPPED GREEN CHILIES

• | 2 TABLESPOONS FINELY CHOPPED ONION

• | ½ CUP CHOPPED SEEDED TOMATOES

• | 1. Cook the asparagus in small amount of water until tender. Drain well and cool thoroughly.

• | 2. Process asparagus and the next 5 ingredients in food processor until mixture is smooth.

• | 3. Remove from processor bow, adjust seasoning and stir in onion and tomato. Chill thoroughly before serving.
